J.J. Ebers Award Nomination Form

The IEEE Electron Devices Society invites the submission of nominations for the J.J. Ebers Award. This award is presented annually by EDS to honor an individual(s) who has made either a single or a series of contributions of recognized engineering, scientific, economic, or social significance to the broad field of electron devices. The recipient(s) is awarded a certificate and a check for $5,000, presented at the International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM).

Three letters of endorsement are required and must be received by the EDS Executive Office by July 1. These letters may be sent by either the endorser or by the nominator. The total number of endorsements should not exceed five. The nominator cannot be an endorser. Endorsers are urged to make comments on specific accomplishments.
