Suggestions for tutorials are invited and should be forwarded to
lhowe@its.berkeley.edu.
Paper Submission
Complete manuscripts in PDF format must be electronically
submitted for review no later than February 15, 2001 at the
following address:
www.its.washington.edu/itsc2001
Submitted manuscripts must be no longer than six (6) pages
in IEEE two-column format, including figure and references. Manuscripts
exceeding this length limit may be rejected without review. A LaTex
style file and a Microsoft Word template are available from the
IEEE web site,
www.ieee.org/organizations/pubs/authors.html; HOWEVER,
submission MUST be in PDF Format.
In addition to the manuscript, a cover page should be sent that
includes:
- the title of the paper
- the name(s) of the author(s)
- the technical categories
- the name, mailing address, telephone and fax number, and email
address of the contact author.
Notification of acceptance is scheduled for May 1, 2001
