IAEI’s Analysis of Changes – 2008 NEC
This extensive and popular program analyzes the major changes to the National Electric Code (NEC). Members of the twenty NEC Code-making panels
contributed to the development of the authoritative text, which covers more
than 350 of the most significant changes and includes interpretations by the
group that enforces the NEC. The four-color book, which
the seminar is based upon, is loaded with illustrations, photos, and text that
clearly identify and explain the changes and their impact. The 408 page book is
included in the Tutorial fee.

Paul Dobrowsky
Electrical Safety Specialist
Paul has over 30 years of experience in electrical
and occupational safety, machinery and equipment standards, electrical
construction, maintenance, program and policy development, instructing, and
over 15 years enforcing electrical codes and standards. He is a Licensed Master
Electrician and IAEI Certified Electrical Inspector. Paul is actively involved
with many organizations such as ASTM, IAEI, IEEE, NFPA, UL and their standards
activities. He is the current Chair of NFPA's Electrical Section, Director of
Technology for the Electrical Association of Rochester, a past President of
IAEI's Genesee Chapter and an experienced instructor. Paul is a member of NEC
Code Making Panel 5, NFPA 70E, and a former member of NFPA 79. He enjoys
combining the experience and background information gained in standards
committee work with developing and presenting instructing educational programs.
