location for all ECCE activities.

All attendees, including presenters must make their own hotel
arrangements. The deadline to reserve
rooms guaranteed at the conference date has passed. If you did not make your hotel arrangements
before the deadline, and are still in need of a hotel room, please contact

PRESENTATION
SUBMISSION
All oral presenters are required to prepare PowerPoint slides for
their visual presentations. You do not need to submit a hard copy of your
slides and you do not need to bring a computer onsite, as all presentations
will be pre-loaded onto the Seminar computers.
If you have a change in your slides or have not uploaded them to
the FTP site, you must bring an electronic copy of your updated presentation to
the Speaker Ready Room at the Conference a minimum of 4 HOURS PRIOR to your presentation, to have your updated
presentation uploaded on to the session computers.
SPEAKER READY ROOM
The
Speaker Ready Room is located in the in Prefunction South, next to Registration
Services.
ALL Oral Presenters must check in at the Speaker Ready Room at least 4
hours prior to their scheduled presentation. Even if you have submitted your
presentation in advance and have no changes, you must check and confirm that
the presentation is correct.

You
may also edit your presentation at this time. When you are finished reviewing
your presentation and verify it is ready, the AV personnel will queue your
presentation onto the networked conference computers. The file will then be transferred to the
computer network for presentation in the scheduled room.
ORAL PRESENTER’S
ORIENTATION & BREAKFAST
An
Oral Presenter’s orientation will held for all oral presenters and session
chairs from 7:00 am – 8:00 am, Monday through Thursday, in the hotel’s restaurant,
Trader Vic’s. A section of the
restaurant will be reserved specifically for our presenters and session chairs. Oral presenters should meet with their
respective session chairs to review the format and timing of their session and
alert conference management of any changes.
Oral presenters should attend the orientation each day that they are
scheduled to provide an oral presentation (or chair a session); you may only
attend breakfast on days on which you are scheduled to speak.
