arrangements. The deadline to reserve
rooms guaranteed at the conference date has passed. If you did not make your hotel arrangements
before the deadline, and are still in need of a hotel room, please contact

PRESENTATIONS
Posters
will be featured on Tuesday, September 14th in the Grand Salon. The
poster presenters should be available for questions at their display boards during
the posted session times. The times for
each poster session are listed below:

Session I 1:30pm – 3:00pm

Session II 3:30pm – 5:00pm

SET UP/TEAR DOWN
Please read
through these instructions thoroughly to ensure a smooth transition between
poster sessions.
POSTER
SESSION I
Presenters
will have access to the exhibit hall, Grand Salon, starting at 11:30am. Presenters
for Poster Session I must have their posters set-up no later than 1:30pm. Poster presenters must then take their
posters down promptly at 3:00pm. Any
posters that remain on the poster boards at 3:30pm, and do not belong in Poster
Session II will be removed and kept at the Registration Desk.
POSTER
SESSION II
Presenters
for Poster Session II will only have between 3:00pm – 3:30pm to set-up their
posters. Posters for Poster Session II
must then be removed no later than 5:30pm.
Do
not leave your presentation on the poster board. Posters remaining after 6:00pm on Tuesday,
September 14th will be removed and kept at the Registration Desk. Uncollected posters will be discarded.
4’x6’
poster boards will be provided, so please keep these dimensions in mind when
printing your posters. Push pins will be
provided for all poster presenters.
PRESENTER’S
ORIENTATION & BREAKFAST
The
poster presenter’s orientation will be held at 7:00 am – 8:00 am, on Tuesday,
September 14, in the hotel’s restaurant, Trader Vic’s. A section of the restaurant will be reserved
specifically for presenters. Presenters
should meet with his or her respective session chair to review the format and
timing of the session and alert conference management of any changes. Only one presenting author per poster should
attend; you may only attend breakfast on the day you are scheduled to present
(Tuesday).
