Miniaturized Silicon Thermoelectric Devices

Takanobu Watanabe
Waseda University

Abstract: This lecture will look at various examples of miniaturized thermoelectric devices that use silicon nanowires or low dimensional fine silicon structures at the sub-micrometer scale. Focus is centered on the Si integrated circuit thermoelectric generator, which is anticipated to pave the way for wireless IoT applications.
