Partial Reset for Analog Phase Change Memory and Improved Resistance Drift

Eilam Yalon (Technion, Israel Institute of Technology)

Biography: Eilam Yalon is an Assistant Professor at the Andrew and Erna Viterbi Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Technion—Israel Institute of Technology. From 2015 to 2018, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Stanford University. He received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Technion in 2015. Yalon recently received the IBM Faculty Award and Intel Rising Star Award. His current research interests include energy-efficient memory and computing devices with 2-D materials, resistive switching oxides, phase-change chalcogenides, and ferroelectric materials.
