III-V/III-N Semiconductor-Based Electronic Skins for Biomedical Applications
Biography: Professor Han Eol Lee is an Assistant Professor in Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) at Jeonbuk National University. He received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in MSE of Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). From 2019 to 2021, he was a postdoctoral researcher in Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for investigating III-V/III-N-based electronics and electronic skin systems for long-term biosignal monitoring. Now, his group has focused on development of next generation electronics for wearable/ biomedical applications. His research topics cover a range from compound semiconductor materials, electronic/photonic devices, and their integrated systems for future applications.
