Innovation of Process Technology for Future Semiconductor

Dr. Jong Myeong Lee (Samsung Electronics)

Biography: Dr. Jong Myeong Lee is corporate EVP and leader of process development of semiconductor R&D center at Samsung electronics. He received the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D in inorganic materials science and engineering from Seoul national university. He joined Samsung electronics in 1998 and has been working on development of various unit processes for DRAM, NAND and logic devices. He has authored or co-authored more than 100 journal/conference papers and patents.
