Nanoscale Memory and Switching Devices with Atomically-Thin Body
Biography:Dr. Joonki Suh is presently an assistant professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at UNIST where he is leading a research group in a new class of atomically-thin semiconductors and non-volatile memory devices. Prior to the current position, he graduated from Yonsei University in 2006, and then received a M.S. from Stanford University and a Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, respectively. All his degrees are in materials science and engineering, and his doctoral research focused on defect and device physics in compound semiconductors including phase-change materials and layered chalcogenides.
