Transfer Printed Electronics Based on b-Ga2O3 and Diamond Membranes

Biography:Dr. Jung-Hun Seo received his B.S. degree in electronics and electrical engineering from Korea University, Seoul, Republic of Korea, in 2006. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2011 and 2014, respectively. Since 2016 Fall, he has been an assistant- and associate- professor at the Department of Materials Design and Innovation, University at Buffalo, the State University of New York (SUNY). His current interdisciplinary research covers materials science, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering. He has authored or coauthored about 200 technical papers and book chapters related to his research. He holds dozens of U.S., foreign, and international patents. His present research interests focus on the materials, physics, processing and device applications of free-standing single crystal semiconductor membranes and their 3D- heterostructures, microwave- & power-electronics, and optoelectronics..
