Biography: Dr. Kong-Soo Lee is the project leader of Diffusion and Implantation in Advanced Process Development Team of semiconductor R&D center at Samsung Electronics. He received the B.S., and M.S. in material science and engineering from Hanyang University, and Ph.D in semiconductor and display Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University. He joined Samsung Electronics in 2000 and has been working on diffusion and ion implantation process development for memory and logic devices. He has authored and co-authored more than 100 journals/conference papers and patents.
