Sangyeon Han (Samsung R&D Center)

Biography:Dr. Sangyeon Han is corporate VP and leader of DRAM Technology Development team in Semiconductor R&D center at Samsung electronics. He received the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Taejon, Korea. He joined Samsung electronics in 2003 and has been working on development of various DRAM devices. He has authored or co-authored more than 80 journal/conference papers and patents.
