Tomasz Brozek (PDF Solutions)

Biography: Tomasz Brozek is a Director and Senior Fellow at PDF Solutions, Santa Clara, Ca. He is an expert in process integration, device physics and reliability, and technology characterization. He holds MS degree in EE/Microelectronics from Lvov Polytechnic Institute and PhD in Physics from Institute of Semiconductors, Acad. Sci, Kiev. In recent years he has been working on technology development and yield ramp projects across multiple logic and memory process nodes. Dr. Brozek is a Senior Member of IEEE Electron Device Society, in which he serves as a Chair of the Technical Committee on Semiconductor Manufacturing where he actively promotes sustainability awareness and smart manufacturing topics.
