Process Integration Technologies for Pixel Scaling Down

Wonje Park (SK hynix)

Biography: Wonje Park is currently the head of CIS process integration team in CIS device group of SK Hynix. He started his work in SK Hynix with 0.8um pixel process development from March, 2020 and he has been in charge of the development of all CIS processes and initial mass production. He had worked for CIS business of Samsung Electronics as a process integration engineer from 2002 to 2018. At Samsung he contributed the development and mass production of various CIS products from 2.8um to 0.9um pixel including FSI, BSI, BDTI, FDTI, Mobile, DSLR, Automotive, etc. He received his B.A. in Materials Sci. and Eng. from POSTECH and M.A. and Ph.D. from KAIST.
