Vendor Information

A technical exhibit will be held at the meeting, bringing together vendors from a wide range of companies focusing on human performance, root cause, trending & self assessment in power plants allowing meeting participants to learn more about cutting-edge products and technologies that are directly applicable to their current projects.

Publicize your company by becoming a vendor during the meeting. Each booth area is 8' x 10' and will be located in high traffic areas to ensure high visibility for the all vendors. The exhibit space is located in the San Carlos Foyer, which as you can see by the diagram is just outside the main meeting areas.

For $500 the vendor receives a 8'x10 table area and general electrical hookup for the entire conference. You may register and pay as a vendor on the conference registration page. If you are a scheduled presenter and your company wishes to be a vendor at the conference, the vendor fees are in addition to the conference registration fees. It is the vendor's responsibility to contact the Monterey Marriott and verify that this setup will meet their needs and arrange for a table if needed as well as special electrical, computer and modem connections. The table fee is $12 /day and includes black skirting, electrical fees vary according to the vendors needs. These additional fees are the responsibility of vendor and are payable to the hotel. The vendor should arrange for receiving and shipping of booth material, supplies, set-up and tear-down of booth area, etc. with the hotel contact. IEEE/HPRCT assumes no liability or responsibility for any vendor materials.
