IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
ICM2021 March7th-9th, 2021, Kashiwa, JapanJapanese government declared a state of emergency for a pandemic in the greater Tokyo area on January 7th, and the on-site conference was cancelled unfortunately. As a result, ICM will move from hybrid to full online conference and the registration fee will be reduced. The registration page will open on January 14th and the updated fee will be announced by that date.

Video of Presentation
We request you to prepare and upload a video of your presentation no later than February 20. Unfortunately, the Japanese government declared a state of emergency for a pandemic in the greater Tokyo area. As a result, ICM will move from hybrid to full online conference. In the sessions, we will play pre-recorded videos and make discussions in Zoom. The videos that are not received by the deadline, will be considered "no-shows" in accordance with the IEEE non-presented paper policy. IEEE ICM 2021 continues a series of biennial conferences dedicated to recent and prospective developments in various field of mechatronics. The conference is organized under patronage of IEEE Industrial Electronics Society and will be held at Kashiwa-no-ha conference center, Kashiwa, Chiba, Japan, during, March 7-9, 2021.Announcements (2020 October)
Due to the COVID-19 situation, ICM2021 committees are considering the conference style as a hybrid (on-site or online participation). We will offer an option for remote (virtual) presentations. Any author who wishes to present without coming on-site will be able to do so. Further information will be updated on this website. Please note that there is a possibility that ICM2021 becomes a fully online conference in the worst case.Important Days
