Rodrigo Palma-Behnke received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Dr.-Ing. from the University of Dortmund, Germany. He is currently a professor in the Electrical Engineering Department at the University of Chile. His research field is the planning and operation of electrical systems in competitive power markets and new technologies.
