The Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control (UFFC) Digital Archive is a membership benefit, i.e., it is for IEEE UFFC Society members only. The Digital Archive may be purchased by members as a set of over 30 CD-ROMs. The articles, in PDF format, are fully searchable across the entire collection.
