Guidelines for Speaker

• All speakers are requested to handover their presentations at the Preview room/ desk a day prior to their    talk. Preview room/ desk will be open on 21 Feb. 2011, 1400 Hrs. onward.  Please, adhere to this strictly as    it will help us to maintain a constant flow in the program schedule with no ambiguity or miss outs.

• Speakers will not be allowed to use their own Laptops in the technical sessions

• Please do not make any last minute changes before the presentation, you are requested to work on the   same before you submit the presentation in the preview room/ desk

• All presentation will be checked in your presence before your submissions

• Presentations can be in the following formats

   1.PPT
   2.PDF
   3.WMV
   4.Flash

• You are requested not to exceed the time limit assigned for each presentation. Your cooperation can help    us start and end the sessions on time

• A timer will be on at the start of each presentation. One minute prior, towards the conclusion of the                presentation you will receive a warning on the screen. Further to this all Speakers are requested to kindly       conclude in given time frame

Oral Presentations

• Each paper selected for oral presentation at the conference will be allotted a total of 20 minutes – 15    minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion. To maintain the schedule of each    session, authors are asked to insure that their presentations conform to these time constraints. 

Poster Presentations

• Each paper selected for poster presentation at the conference will be allotted a board with usable area of    1.2 × 1.2 m2 along with board-pins and cello-tapes for its presentation.
