Welcome to IEEE SENSORS 2003
This year's program consists of more than 300 oral and poster presentations from 35 countries. The program will again include sessions on theory, design and applications on sensors, and eight Special Sessions on topics ranging from Precise Magnetic Sensors to Medical Applications. Each of these special sessions will open with an invited talk. In addition, the 2003 Conference features a series of Tutorials and an exhibition.
This year's Keynote Speakers include Dr. Hans Peter Lang from The National Competence Center of Research for Nanoscience & IBM Research, Switzerland; Dr. Steve Casalnuovo of Sandia National Laboratory and Mr. Chris Lumb from Micralyne, Inc in Edmonton, Canada. The Banquet Speaker for this year's conference is Dr. Ray Findlay from McMaster University in Toronto.
The conference proceedings will be an IEEE publication that will be part of the IEEE Electronic Library that is available to more than 2 million people around the world.
