The cut-off date for the reduced group rate is October 5, 2007. Reservations made after the October 5th cut-off date will be confirmed subject to availability of space and non-group rates. A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations with a one-night advance deposit plus applicable sales taxes is due at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled prior to 6:00 p.m. on the arrival date, after which time, this deposit in non-refundable.
