eligible?
Conditions:
1. To win, the student must register, submit paper (as
first author), and present the paper in the conference. And student must
attend award ceremony during the conference dinner (28-Aug, 7pm).
2. The student must be a registered student in a degree
program: Bachelor, Master or PhD.
