Procedure to upgrade to Senior Membership

Instructions

1. Download the "sm electronic form"
2. Fill the relevant fields (personal information) as per the guidelines.
3. Fill the Professional Experience and Significant Performance fields also which will be edited by us while making recommendation.
4. Enclose a resume either in MSWORD or TEXT file highlighting your achievements or contribution in last 10 years
5. Mail the Completed "sm electronic form" and the "Resume" to ieeeblr@vsnl.net
6. Rest of the process will be completed by the Section.
