IEEE KOLKATA CONFERENCE
CALCON aims for highest quality, and all papers accepted would be subjected to IEEE standard review processes and conference publishing guidelines. Accepted and presented papers only be published in CALCON proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore.
All persons presenting papers must be registered. Unregistered authors/co-authors will be barred from presenting the paper. If the paper is not permitted to be presented, it will not be uploaded to IEEE Xplore.
To avail student registration facility, all the authors of the paper have to be students. Otherwise full registration will apply for all authors.
If a registered author has more than one accepted paper and he/she wants to include this/these extra paper/s under his/her registration, then half of the registration fees will be required for each additional paper to be included (apart from the full registration fee for the first paper). The same author must be the presenter for all such papers.
However, if his/her unregistered co-author wants to present the other paper/s, then the co-author must register in full for that paper.
For consideration as the Best Paper, the first author must be a student (BE/Btech, ME/Mtech/ Phd JRF, SRF only, Teachers/employed persons pursuing part time studies are not eligible) and the registered author must present the paper. If more than one author wishes to present, then all presenters should be registered. Only if all authors are students, they will be eligible for student registration, otherwise full registration will apply for all authors.
