Technical Co-sponsorship from IEEE Joint CSS-IMS Chapter Kolkata
Joint IEEE CSS-IMS chapter, Kolkata Section, India also grants Technical Co-Sponsorships to some Technical Programs, in related domains, organized by Universities, Colleges, Industries and other Organizations. The organizers have to apply using the following form.

The general terms and conditions for technical co-sponsorship are:
- The event must be related to the broad area of Control Systems and/ or Instrumentation & Measurement.
- The application documents must be submitted well in advance of the event:
- Lectures / one day national workshop: two months
- National seminars: three months
- International Conference/ seminar: 7-8 months
- If the Technical co-sponsorship is approved for the event the section will nominate one member who will be in touch with the conference organizers.
- The event schedule must keep a time slot (around 10 mins) for short presentation about the Joint CSS-IMS Kolkata chapter, to be delivered by Chairman or his nominee during the event.
- After the event, the organizers will submit the following within one month of the completeion of the event:
(A) a report of the event detailing:
- Invited Speakers detail and their topic of lectures
- Number of attendees breakup: students, faculty members, IEEE members and non-members
(B) A few good resolution photographs of the event to be submitted for inclusion in Annual report of the chapter.
(C) two copies of the proceedings/ Souvenirs.
