Technical Lecture Meeting and Membership Drive

A technical lecture meeting was organized at MCKV Institute of Engineering, Liluah, Howrah, West Bengal, India, as a part of the Post-Conference Schedule of International Conference on Computing, Communication, and Manufacturing (ICCM 2014), organized by MCKV Institute of Engineering. The technical lecture meeting was Technically Co-Sponsored by joint IEEE CSS-IMS chapter, Kolkata Section, and was held on 24 December, 2014. On this occasion, Prof. Subhas Mukhopadhyay, IEEE Fellow, Professor, Massey University, New Zealand, delivered an invited talk on “A Tutorial on Smart Sensors, WSN, and Internet of Things”. There were 85 participants in this lecture out of which 10 were IEEE members. The audience comprised a large population of enthusiastic students.
