Prospective authors are invited to submit an extended summary of
NOT MORE THAN 5 PAGES INCLUDING FIGURES.
The authors
MUST NOT INDICATE THEIR NAMES AND AFFILIATIONS IN THE BODY OF THE EXTENDED SUMMARY.
The authors only give their personal information during online submission. The extended summary must be submitted in PDF format, with A4 paper size and font size not less than 10. A peer review process will be used to evaluate all papers submitted for consideration.
All papers accepted to be published in the conference proceedings will be listed in the IEEE Explore.
CONFERENCE FEES
The conference fee includes the cost of the conference proceeding,
admission to all technical sessions (including TUTORIALS), banquet, lunches and refreshments for ALL CATEGORIES of participants.
PLEASE NOTE:
For IEEE Member and Non-IEEE Member registrations,
two (2) papers per registration is allowed. The charge for
subsequent papers is half of the full registration fee.
For student (IEEE or Non-IEEE) registrations, only one
(1) paper per registration is allowed. The charge for subsequent
papers is full registration fee (student rate).
