Prospective authors are invited to submit an extended summary of NOT MORE THAN 5 PAGES INCLUDING FIGURES. The authors MUST NOT INDICATE THEIR NAME AND AFFILIATIONS IN THE BODY OF THE EXTENDED SUMMARY. They only give their personal information during on-line Submission Process. The extended summary must be submitted in PDF format, with A4 paper size and font size not less than 10. A peer review process will be used to evaluate all papers submitted for consideration.
