The "Biography" form can be downloaded from the conference web site at https://www.ieee.org/powercon2004/ under "Registration" and submitted to us at powercon2004@ieee.org .

Engineering Index (EI) issue

Many authors have enquired if the papers accepted and presented at Powercon2004 would be listed in EI. It is to our knowledge that EI routinely lists papers from IEEE conferences. As Powercon2004 is an IEEE fully-sponsored conference, it is therefore expected that EI would list all the papers presented at the conference. In retrospect, papers from three previous Powercon conferences (1998, 2000 and 2002) are all listed in EI.
