David Kriegman received a B.S. and M.S. in Mathematics from
Florida Institute of Technology in 1970 and 1972 respectively. He is
currently Vice President and Director of Complex Systems for SRA
International. Mr. Kriegman is responsible for large systems
engineering and systems development projects for several government and
commercial clients. As the director of one of SRA's Strategic Business
Units, Mr. Kriegman leads a staff of over 400 professionals. Since
joining SRA in 1983, Mr. Kriegman has been a Systems Analyst, Systems
Engineer, and Project Manager for several large computer and
telecommunications systems. Prior to joining SRA, Mr. Kriegman was a
Computer Systems Specialist and Section Chief for the U.S. Bureau of the
Census. He is presently Secretary of the IEEE National Capital Area
Council.
