Nino Ingegneri (S'81, M'81) received his BSEE degree from University of
Maryland in 1982, and took "Reliability by Design" classes from Virginia
Polytechnic Institute in '84. He became an IEEE member as an
undergraduate at the University of Maryland and joined the Reliability
Society. He has served through all the offices thru chairman of the
IEEE Wash/NoVA Chapter of the Reliability Society (several times), the
IEEE Washington Section (senior past chairman), and is currently the
Chairman of the IEEE National Capital Area Council. Nino has worked in
the Reliability, Maintainability, and Quality Assurance (RM&QA) area
since 1983, and has supported several Navy programs, such as the Cruise
Missile Project, the CG47 AEGIS Cruiser Production Program, and the RAM
Missile Program, and supported NASA's Office of Safety and Mission
Quality. He is currently manages the Tracor's RM&QA effort in support
of the Navy Program Manager for the Surface Ship Anti-Submarine Warfare
(ASW) Combat System Program.
