We will start at 5:30 PM with pizza and networking followed by two short presentations and a Question/Answer session. Ivan Yopp, Staffing Manager for Network Solutions, Inc., will discuss recruiting tactics. Tom Carter from Quest Systems, Inc., one of the largest recruiting companies in our area, will discuss how to establish good relationships with recruiters. We encourage the submission of questions prior to the meeting to help us target our prepared remarks to your needs (to psaranac@eisi.com). (Directions: Beltway Exit 11A to Route 123N. This meeting will focus on the challenges managers face retaining technical employees in the current under-saturated market. We will employ a brainstorming, interactive format for this session enhanced with pizza (also at the Dolly Madison Library).
