Families and Friends (Non-IEEE members welcome) are invited to attend the Second Annual IEEE Computer Society of Northern Virginia/Washington Books and Barbeque. Come enjoy classic cook-out cuisine, including a keg of ice cold beer (and other non-alcoholic drinks). Staff from Computer Literacy Bookshops will have a display table of new and interesting technical books for your browsing, and will be handing out discount coupons for book purchases made at the store in Herndon. This should be a fun and relaxing way to spend an evening with people in your field, enjoy some good outside fun and catch up on the latest with the Northern Virginia/Washington Chapter of the IEEE Computer Society.
