Membership Development Report for September 2010:

As of August 19, 2010, there were 1389 members active members of all grades in the Orlando Section. This is a slight increase of 6 from the 1383 members tallied on July 19, 2010.  A closer examination of the membership counts by grade for the last three reporting periods is shown below.

Significant changes occurred for the following grades:  Affiliate (2), Associate Member (4), Graduate Student Member
(-44), Life Member (12), Life Senior (2), Member (62), Senior Member (-2), and Student Member (-30).

From July 20, 2010 to August 19, 2010, 9 new IEEE members joined the Orlando Section:  5 Members and 4 Student Members. Please welcome these new IEEE members; their names appear on the attached list of new members to the Orlando Section.

From July 20, 2010 to August 19, 2010, 4 active IEEE members moved into the Orlando Section:  2 Members and 2 Student Members.  Please welcome the IEEE members who have moved to the Orlando Section.  Their names are shown on the attached list of existing members who have joined the Orlando Section during this period.

There was no web cast for Membership Development in July.  The next webcast is scheduled for Saturday, August 21, 2010.
 
Since the beginning of the 2010 IEEE Membership Year in September 2009, the Orlando Section has welcomed 91 new higher-grade members.  The attached file lists the names of these members.
