Qualified Electrical Engineer candidate will have 5-7 years experience minimum as an electrical engineer and be a licensed electrical Professional Engineer.  The candidate should have extensive experience in the preparation of construction documents (plans and specifications) for competitive bidding, the design of medium voltage power distribution systems up through 35KV, and the design of substations including transformers, switchgear, and relay protection. Knowledge of maritime port terminal electrical engineering, including shore-to-ship power, wharf cranes, refrigerated container systems, highmast lighting systems and site communications and data systems would be very beneficial, but not required.
