Jim Gilmer

 

Jim is a Real-time Planner for SPS Electrical Ops, is currently serving as IEEE Membership Development Chair.  He has a BSEE from Texas Tech and is a registered Professional Engineer.  Has also held the offices of PACE Chair, Awards Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, Vice Chair, Chairman and Past Chair on the IEEE Panhandle Section Board.
