If you are not already an IEEE and EDS member, we encourage you to join. You can either apply on line at www.ieee.org/join/ or request an application form by sending an email to eds@ieee.org.

Payment of the registration fee entitles the registrant to one copy of the Technical Digest, one copy of the CD-ROM, and entrance to all technical sessions. TO QUALIFY FOR THE MEMBER REGISTRATION FEE, REGISTRANT MUST BE A MEMBER OF IEEE PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE.

Confirmations will be sent out to all conference registrants.

CHECKS MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO Boise EDS Chapter, IN U.S. DOLLARS AND DRAWN ON A U.S. BANK. Your registration materials will be held for you at the conference. Your cancelled check is your receipt.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You are encouraged to register in advance for your own convenience. Due to associated workshop costs, refunds requested after April 7, 2006 cannot be guaranteed.
