Ms. Phoebe Ayers has been a Wikipedia editor, lecturer, promoter since 2003. She was the
Program Coordinator for Wikimania 2006 and on the selection committee for Wikimania 2007
and again is on the committee for 2008. She has been a member of the Wikipedia special projects
committee since 2006.
