Treasurer and the Network Manager for CCSF. He supports and advises the
Institute for Convergence of Optical and Network Systems (ICONS), a
National Science Foundation funded program to develop the training curruiculum
for the network technicians of the 21st century. In that capacity, he has
traveled to the "well-wired" cities of Europe to study and form relationships
with "sister institutions".
