Mr. Kai Siwiak is founder and CEO of TimeDerivative, Inc., a wireless technology venture. He was previously Vice President of Strategic Development at Time Domain Corp. He recently received the Dan Noble Fellowship and the Silver Quill Award from Motorola Corporation and was named Master Innovator and Member of the Technical Staff. When not collecting titles and awards, Kai consults in IEEE 802 standards, ITU-R representation, UWB development, and lectures anywhere an audience wants to hear about ultra-wide band radio technology, wireless systems, or antennas and propagation. Kai holds more than 70 patents involving wireless technology and has published extensively, including the text books, Ultra-wideband Radio Technology, (Wiley, 2004) with co-author Debra McKeown, and Radiowave Propagation and Antennas for Personal Communications, (Artech, 1995; with Second Edition, 1998).
