The IEEE SCV EMC/Chilis dinner menu consists of a variety of delectably, delightfully, delicious entrees in five categories: Salads, Southwest Grill, Sandwich Grill, Classic Burgers, and Best of the Rest.

Included with the meals is your choice of beverage (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Iced Tea, Lemonade, Coffee) with free refills. Note that separate dinner salads, tortilla chips w/salsa, or alcoholic beverages are not included with the meals.

Total cost is only $10.00. This includes tax and tip.

Salads

• Guiltless Chicken Salad (3 grams fat) - grilled chicken, greens, pico de gallo, kidney beans, sprouts, green onions and low fat Southwest dressing
• Grilled Chicken Caesar - Marinated chicken breast, romaine lettuce tossed w/Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese
• Blue Ribbon Salad - Fried chicken breast, mixed greens, eggs, tomato, sprouts and honey mustard dressing
• Grilled Caribbean Salad - Marinated Chicken, greens, pico de gallo, pineapple, tortilla strips, and honey-lime dressing
• Chicken Frisco Salad - Smoked Chicken, greens, eggs, tomato, sprouts, almonds, and honey mustard dressing

Southwest Grill

• Monterey Chicken - Grilled chicken breast w/BBQ sauce, bacon and cheese, w/mashed potatoes, and fresh steamed veggies
• Guiltless Chicken Platter - Grilled chicken breast w/ rice, corn on the cob, and fresh steamed veggies w/ Parmesan cheese
• Grilled Chicken Pasta - Sliced chicken breast on linguine w/ spicy cream sauce and garlic toast

Sandwich Grill

• Texas Chicken Sandwich - Thinly sliced grilled and stacked high w/ onions, bell peppers, guacamole, pico de gallo and jalapeno Jack cheese
• Chili's Cheesesteak Sandwich - Philly cheesesteak grilled w/ onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese
• Chicken Sandwich - Grilled chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato and Swiss cheese
• Tuna Steak Sandwich - Grilled line-caught tuna steak, lettuce, tomato and special dressing

Classic Burgers

• Oldtimer - Mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onion
• Terlingua Pride - Oldtimer w/ cheese and chili
• Verde Burger - Guacamole, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and Swiss cheese
• Bacon Burger - Bacon, cheddar, mayo, onion, lettuce, tomato, and pickle
• Rojo Burger - Hickory sauce and cheese
• Mushroom Burger - Mayo, lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese and mushrooms
• Bandito Vegetarian Burger - Grilled black bean patty w/ guacamole, lettuce, pico de gallo and jalapeno Jack cheese on a wheat bun
• Gobbler Deluxe - Ground turkey breast with honey bbq sauce, bacon, jalapeno Jack cheese lettuce tomato and pickle
