This year has seen may changes in the Region 3 Newsletter and the Web. With the direction of our Regional Director Dick Riddle we have instituted an electronic version of the newsletter. We published 3 electronic newsletters in the fall of 2000.

These newsletters were used to deliver reports for the Region 3 Executive committee in the October fall meeting and then to follow up with the meetings results.

On then web we have updated many of the pages and improved the content. Several committees have established a web presence so we can communicate better.
