funds in your 1998 and 1999 budget.  Thanks.

It is not too early to be planning for the sixth triennial

Sections Congress hosted by the Twin Cities Section of

Minneapolis and St. Paul.  As in the past, each Section is

expected to pay at least part of the expenses of its primary

delegate.  Is your Section setting aside funds now in 1997 and

budgeting funds in 1998 & 1999 for your delegate?  Region 3 is

planning to assist the Sections in the region, but each Section

must do its part as well.  Total on-site ground expenses are

estimated at $ 600 per delegate plus air fare.  For more

Minneapolis will be great in the early fall.  Let's have all 43

Region 3 Sections represented in 1999.  Get your plans in order
