Report of the Leadership Development Committee

A training session for Region 3 Committee Chairs was conducted at the January
1998 Excom meeting in Savannah.

We have cooperated with the Leadership Development Committee of Region 5 in
the development of thier training program by providing a copy of the Region 3
Training Manual.

A training session for Region 3 Section Officers is planned for Saturday,
April 25, 1998 in conjunction with the Region 3 meeting in Orlando.
Representatives from each Section have been urged to attend.

A training session for the Jamaica Section is in the final planning stage to
be held in Kingston during May.
