The Region 3 meeting information, agendas, and reports received are 
on-line at

I also urge Region and Excom members to submit their reports prior to 
the meeting according to the guidelines posted on the web at 

https://www.ewh.ieee.org/reg/3/excom/meetings/r3rptgl.html .  Those
reports that are submitted to me electronically will be posted to the
web linked with the agenda.  This will also serve as the archival
mechanism.

Thanks to Brian Swail's efforts, the Region 3 Web Site is now on the 
IEEE Entity Web Hosting Site.  We are serving as a beta test for the
use of sub-accounts where Brian can delegate content control to other
volunteers to maintain.  He has delegated the /excom tree to me so that
I am able to update that space as you file reports and as we update the
roster.

The sending of ballots to the Region Committee was delayed and results
are not yet available for reporting.  My secretary will be calling 
those who have not responded to insure a sufficient return.  I have 
held the ballots for those on the Region Committee who are on the 
Excom for filling out in Birmingham.
