Area 8 Report, March 2004

The three sections of Area 8, Evansville-Owensboro, Lexington and
Louisville, are active and functioning well.  Attendance at meetings
is adequate although all three sections are seeking ways to attract
more participation. All three sections submitted annual reports on
time last month.

The three section chairs of Area 8 and the area chair participated in
a teleconference with Region 3 Director Bill Harrison and past
director Jim Howard in February.

It is anticipated that representatives of all three sections will
participate in the Region 3 meeting at Southeastcon.
