Update Reg 3 Strategic Plan 2005+ by 12-1-04, revising Reg 3 goals and objectives as appropriate. Post the Reg 3 Strategic Plan 2005+ to the Web by 12-15-04. Review Reg 3 Operations Manual for changes by 6-1-04. Draft needed updates by 9-1-04. Approve updates by 12-1-04. [No new developments as yet.] 9. Develop a plan/budget for a strategic planning retreat by 9-1-04. [Being discussed at 3/26 SPC meeting.] 10. Hold at least one SPC e-conference.
