- Recommended changes to R3 Operation in time for the development of 2007 Budget.
Objectives, Actions and Deliverables
- To develop a coordinated approach to achieving a balanced budget for 2007 and beyond.
- In close cooperation and consultation with the Region 3 SPC conduct a study of the Region 3 Operation for possible cost reductions and opportunities for increased efficiency.
