The Excom meeting will be a combination teleconference / e-conference on the
E-Conference server: Adobe Connect Pro. The URL to the system is distributed by e-mail.
All members are expected to use both telephone and Adobe Connect Pro. Information will be presented by voice but speaking requests, votes, URLs and other information will be communicate by the Adobe Connect Pro tool. The telephone number and access code are being distributed by e-mail.
